Spring

Spring is quickly approching. Soon the apple and cherry trees will be in bloom. This is truely one of my favorite times of year... I love when the tulips and hyacinth peek up through the winter ground. I love the smell of the fragrant air and the way a branch of dogwood looks on my dinning room table.

Design tip:

Search for that perfect antique vase and sharpen your sheers. Head out to the yard to harvest a long branch of anything that blooms in your back yard or neighborhood. Repeat the process all spring with tulip trees, magnolia, cherry, apple, dogwood, forsythia, pussy willow...well you get the idea!
